This week is in a blur already!

Baby girl #1 took the last of her final exams today and has an awards ceremony tomorrow. She's very much looking forward to a summer break before she starts classes again in the fall.

Young man #2 is looking forward to his first CAP flight after missing several weeks due to illness. I am excited for him!

Baby girl #2 missed art class last night because of feeling sick, but looks forward to getting back in the swing of things next week. The art class will be changing locations soon and also plans an "Art in the Park" day, which proves to be an interesting adventure.

Hubby is applying for graduation from the MBA program that he has been working on since the fall of 2009. He has done a great job throughout the program.

...and I'm considering a return to school after having to withdraw last spring due to the tumors and anemia. I am both scared and excited. I was doing well enough before I had to withdraw, but I am not so sure how it will go this time around. It also involves a change in major (from photography to business).

I am not at all the same person that I was last year before they found the "invaders" and before the surgery to remove them. I know that my brains did not reside in my uterus, but all of my body was affected, including cognitive function. What if I get into this and just can't handle it?

Decisions are the worst!

On the work front, a very stressful contract is ending soon. That is both a stress reliever and a stress bringer...but the reliever wins. Other contracts are growing so, although it might be tight for awhile, ultimately it will be much better. It is an answer to a prayer, in my opinion.

That's all for now. Have a great night!

  2. @Miel et Lait

Thank you, Miel, on all counts. :) I am on the mend, but it is going slower than I had hoped. But, it has only been 7 months since surgery and full recovery is expected by the time a year is up, they tell me. Here's hoping!

Thanks so much for commenting. I hope that you have a great day!
