I'm easily amused. haha

I think it would be so much fun to have our own darkroom. Left on my own, I would probably blow something up, but thankfully David knows how to do black and white developing.

I used to be on FB fairly regularly, but not anymore. I can't recall the last time I signed in to FB. My blogs post there through a program that I can't remember the name of at the moment, so I don't see any need to bother with it.

I'm glad that you were able to get the news about your friends so that you could pray for them and comfort them. It does have its good points in that regard. I like your analogy about obesity and moderation. Very good point!

Thank you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts with me. I hope that you have a great week!Suzanne McClendonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15563562309945754772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2200727890348785317.post-1485378120379632892012-02-29T04:54:03.654-06:002012-02-29T04:54:03.654-06:00Digital photography is a really cool invention. I'm SO happy for this new technology because this keeps my expense down so much! Also, as you mentioned you get to see your images instantly. If you don't like it, then you can do it again, and again, and again.

I have not ever had the privilege of developing film. My husband got a little involved doing this when he started in the early 80s. He had a buddy friend work who was big into photography and quite good. He had his own darkroom, which I always thought was neat.

You know, I'm beginning to feel a whole lot like you regarding Facebook or any other social network site. It doesn't bring people closer or not at least the most important people in your lives, like husbands and children. They are the ones who may suffer the most because of all this connection. This week I haven't been on FB and am pleased to learn I haven't missed it all that bad.

Will I give FB up? Nah, I like checking for "real life" posts by old classmates. It was through FB I learned the illnesses and death of two dear friends'husbands last year. Having this info allowed me to pray on their behalf and offer encouragement. What people fail to do is keep this all in moderation. It's kinda like obesity, if you eat in moderation then our society wouldn't have this problem.Cathy Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01056276734145310231noreply@blogger.com
